About San Antonio Mobile Health
An independent local resource that helps San Antonio residents explore mobile healthcare and connect with participating independent providers. We are not a clinic.
What we do
San Antonio Mobile Health is an independent website that explains mobile healthcare options in the San Antonio area and connects people with independent providers who may serve them.
Two things make that useful. Most mobile healthcare marketing is written by the providers themselves, which means it rarely tells you when the service is a bad fit. And coverage areas are almost never published in a form you can check against your own address before you call.
What we are not
- We are not a medical clinic, practice, or provider. We employ no clinicians.
- We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or give medical advice.
- We are not an emergency service. This site cannot help in an emergency.
- We are not a pharmacy, a telehealth service, or an insurance company.
- We are not a neutral party. A participating provider pays us, and that is disclosed on every page where it is relevant.
Who runs this platform
San Antonio Mobile Health is owned and operated as an independent local publication. It is not owned by, controlled by, or a subsidiary of any healthcare provider, including any provider participating in the matching network.
Editorial decisions — what we publish, how we describe a service, and what we refuse to claim — are made by the platform. A provider cannot commission, veto, or edit a page.
Our independence commitments
- We label every paid placement where it appears, not only in a policy page.
- We never present a single participating provider as though it were a competitive shortlist.
- We do not publish ratings, review counts, or 'best of' rankings we cannot substantiate.
- We do not claim to have verified a licence or credential unless we have actually seen it.
- We publish a correction when we get something wrong, and we date it.
Questions about how any of this works?
The matching mechanics, the money, and the editorial rules each have their own page. Start with how matching works.
Learn How Matching WorksCommon questions
Are you a medical practice?
No. San Antonio Mobile Health does not provide medical care of any kind. Care is delivered by independent participating providers who make all clinical decisions themselves.
Why should I trust a site that gets paid by a provider?
You should trust it exactly as far as it earns. We disclose the payment, we publish the criteria for evaluating any provider including ours, and we publish guides that argue against using mobile care where that is the honest answer. Judge the content, not the promise.

- Editorial Standards
Every clinical page is gated on a named reviewer with a recorded credential and date. Pages that have not cleared review are visible but excluded from search engines.
- How Sponsored Placement Works
Some participating providers pay to take part in this platform, which may include featured placement. Payment may influence where a provider appears. It does not permit a provider to alter our general educational standards or make unsupported claims.
- How Matching Works
We check your ZIP code and requested service against participating providers, then pass your request to one that covers it. We do not screen you medically and we do not book appointments.
- Contact San Antonio Mobile Health
We handle platform questions — corrections, privacy requests, provider participation. We cannot answer medical questions or schedule appointments.
