San Antonio Mobile Health is an information website and a provider-matching service. We publish general information about mobile healthcare and, when you ask us to, pass your request to an independent participating provider.
What this service is not
- It is not a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare provider. We employ no clinicians.
- It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or medical advice.
- It is not an emergency service and must not be used as one.
- It is not a pharmacy, a telehealth service, or an insurance company.
- It does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and us, or between you and any provider.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information. A wrong ZIP code produces a wrong coverage answer.
- Do not submit information about another person without their authority.
- Do not use this service in an emergency. Call 911.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
Providers are independent
Participating providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or franchisees. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work.
Everything clinical and commercial between you and a provider is between you and that provider: what they offer, whether they will see you, what they charge, when they are available, and every medical decision. We are not a party to it and take no responsibility for it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that information on this site is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances, and we do not warrant the services, conduct, or qualifications of any provider.
