What we verify, and what we cannot

Business information confirmed: We have spoken with the provider and confirmed the business exists, the contact details reach them, and the service list is theirs. This is the current status of the provider below.
Credentials reviewed: We have seen a licence or credential document and recorded what it was and when we saw it. No provider currently holds this status on our platform.
What we never verify: We do not assess clinical competence, quality of care, patient outcomes, malpractice history, or whether a provider is a good fit for you. No directory can, and one claiming to would be lying.
